I’ve spent over 20 years finding the right people for the right moment and honestly, I still love every second of it. Most people also know me from my work on Shark Tank, where I’ve been part of the casting team since Season 1 - and where I’m often referred to on set as “MindyCasting.”
I grew up in Winslow, Maine, a small town where everyone knows everyone. That upbringing gave me something no casting school could teach: a real curiosity about people - where they come from, what makes them tick and why they stand out. I moved to Los Angeles, studied Cinema-Television at USC, and built a career doing exactly that.
Casting chose me as much as I chose it. There's nothing quite like finding that one person who makes a room stop, the one whose story you just have to tell. That feeling never gets old.
When I'm not casting, you'll find me traveling to places I've never been, or spending way too much time with my dog Dudley.
I am an active member of the Casting Society of America and the Television Academy.
